Description of problem:

Adoption insights export to csv should append a timestamp or some identifier to the filename

Steps to Reproduce

 - Go to Adoption insights page, Click on Export CSV button to download active user chart.

Actual results:

Downloads the chart with filename `active_users` and this causes the file manager to show a dialog to change the name manually. Also this wont help keep them identifiable later, when they have active-users (1), active-users(2), etc.

Expected results:

Adding a time stamp to the exported file name would make the name unique and easier to identify later.
