  Trend percentage in top plugins chart is missing on first load

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to Adoption Insights page, see the `Top 3 Plugins` chart on first load.

   

Actual results:

Trend column does not contain trend percentage

Expected results:

Trend column should contain trend percentage on first load as well.
