Description of problem:

For the "Starred Items" window the border-radius is different when starred items are selected and when they are not.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the "Starred Items" with starred items
2. Remove all stared items form the window

Actual results:

• The window border radius is changed 

Expected results:

• The window border radius is the same
