Description of problem:

The ServiceNow plugin should have no badge (unless GA & supported by Red Hat, in which case it should have a green badge). The ServiceNow plugin tile has a green "verified" badge on Extensions plugin card.

Steps to Reproduce

 # Go to Administration > Extensions page

 # Search "Servicenow"

 # Observe that the Servicenow tile has the green "Verified" badge

Actual results:

The ServiceNow plugin tile has a green "verified" badge.

Expected results:

The ServiceNow plugin tile should have no badge.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Always.
