Actual results:

The quick start drawer is positioned next to the pagecontent, but not the global header. That is, the global header still spans 100vw when quick starts are open, vs calc(100vw - "width of quick starts") in PF / OCP

Expected results:

The quick start drawer is positioned next to all content akin to PatternFly and OCP's quick start drawer
