[rhdh-chart] bump-version.yaml github workflow not committing bump version

      Description of problem:

      When running the command /bump {chart-name} {bump-level}, the workflow runs through the pre-commit and updates the bump version, but does not commit the update to the pr and does not add the eyes emoji to the command comment. 

      Actual results:

      Right now, when the /bump command is run, the bump version is updated, but it is not being correctly committed and applied to the PR. 

      Expected results:

      When the /bump command is used the bump-version workflow should run, updating the the version within in the relevant files and committing the change to the PR. It should also add the 'eyes' reaction to the command comment.
