Description of problem:

Make logging clearer and add name of the entity processed to the log messages.

Switch to debug for now as some of our default entities (ansible plugin, dynatrace-dql-plugin) are missing spec parameters and we are logging warning for these. Before, we were not logging if entities were missing these specs.
