Description of problem:

Using RHDH 1.7's UI, the header text is in white and is too faint, barely readable. This does not align to the UX

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install RHDH 1.7 and login to the UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install RHDH 1.7

Actual results:

Font is hard to read

Expected results:

Font should be darker, comply with UX design (or reevaluated...)
