Follow-up to https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-local/pull/55

After several discussions, it seems confusing at first sight what the `rhdho-workflow-examples` folder is. Also, we are starting to get more and more "flavors", so it would be great to structure the repo better.

I would suggest moving all orchestrator-related files to a dedicated orchestrator/ folder, including the specific compose-with-orchestrator.yaml file and the dynamic-plugins.orchestrator.yaml file

This would scope the orchestrator-related files. We could do the same thing for all the specific "flavors".

Later on, this could also make it easier to clarify the ownership of those folders.
