      Describe the bug

Deleting a member from a role will lead to the metadata also being deleted. This will lead to problems when manipulating the role after the fact.

      Expected Behavior

Metadata should remain in tact whenever a member is removed from a role.

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

      1. Create a role with two members either through calling the backend api
      2. Delete a member from the role
      3. Call GET on the role and notice that the metadata has been removed, source and description are gone.
      4. Call PUT on the role to add a new member and notice that there is an error of "
Unable to find metadata for role:default/<previously-created-role>"
