      Description of problem:

      I am following the documentation as mentioned here: https://github.com/janus-idp/backstage-showcase/blob/main/showcase-docs/dynamic-plugins.md#provide-custom-scaffolder-field-extensions.  I register a template which uses the field extension.However when I execute it I get error.

      It seems the field extension not working. I see in the inspect it says FORM VALIDATION FAIL.
