Trying to add a template how the docs suggest either gets me a component, or a suggestion to send a PR with catalog-info.yaml

If it isn't possible to add GPTs manually, why is it listed in the use cases, and the docs? Unclear to me if this is supposed to work or not. Docs suggest that it may not be included in RHDH 1.0. I was able to configure them automatically by adding the path to the configmap
