The dynamic plugins table listing all the plugins in RHDH 1.0 with their status set to disabled or enabled does not seem correct. I found techdocs should be enabled by default after discussions with jfargett@redhat.com.

I had to manually enable the plugin in helm chart YAML. Also the Kubernetes plugin is listed as enabled, but I had to enable it again manually in YAML. pls check debug logging of default install - many plugins listed as enabled by default in the docs is not actually enabled and we have to manually enable them
