Describe the issue

In the Quay Repository empty state, when the user clicks on the link that says 'learn how to add data,' it redirects them to 'backstage.io,' but it doesn't provide the guidance they need to understand how to add data for visualization in the Quay plugin

Expected Behavior

The user should be provided with the information on how they can add data for visualization

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
