Following the creation of a separate Dynamic Plugins title, there are multiple xrefs to dynamic plugin content that no longer work due to the documentation toolchain's inability to use xrefs across titles. 

Perform the following actions to resolve this issue: 

• Add a link to the Dynamic Plugins title in the Links section of attributes.adoc file
• Locate all xrefs to rhdh-installing-dynamic-plugins (currently commented out) and replace the xrefs with links to the Dynamic Plugins title 
• Remove the comments to make the cross-references visible again
