I am seeing some front end caching issue when plugins are enabled. Let's assume I have some catalog entities populated. I click the component and navigate to the component details page where I can see the basic details of the component.

Now I import a new component that has techdocs and kubernetes plugin enabled. navigating to the component details page does not show the kubernetes and techdocs tab. I had to refresh the page multiple times. I am guessing React or browser is caching the front end pages. This confuses users and makes them think that the plugin or app config YAML is wrong - I lost many hours trooubleshooting this only to realize that refreshing the page worked.
