Describe the bug

when running yarn tsc for the regex plugin, i am getting this error

 Could not find a declaration file for module '@janus-idp/backstage-scaffolder-backend-module-regex/alpha'. 'backstage/src/node_modules/@janus-idp/backstage-scaffolder-backend-module-regex/dist/alpha.cjs.js' implicitly has an 'any' type.
  Try `npm i --save-dev @types/janus-idp__backstage-scaffolder-backend-module-regex` if it exists or add a new declaration (.d.ts) file containing `declare module '@janus-idp/backstage-scaffolder-backend-module-regex/alpha';`
