      Actual behavior

Don't think I was successful installing a dynamic plugin for an Operator following the docs

Installed a fresh RHDH via an Operator, followed the docs to install the dynamic github plugin, after Editing Backstage and saving my changes, it doesn't look like the cluster redeployed, and when I view the /api response, I don't see the plugin I added, just the default scaffolder. Would be helpful for the docs to reiterate the name of what you're looking for to verify, the picture is tiny

      Expected behavior

To see my new dynamic plugin displayed in the API response

      Reproduction steps

Installed a fresh Operator cluster, followed docs https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_developer_hub/1.1/html-single/administration_guide_for_red_hat_developer_hub/index#configuring-dynamic-plugins-with-the-operator
