Description of problem:

 Info about setting baseUrl needs to be part of the Installation guides not in a separate section (https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_developer_hub/1.4/html/customizing/customizing-your-product-se-url#customizing-your-product-se-url) correctly coniguring baseUrl is required  step for every deployment ,  without it RHDH won't work correctly
