.Description of problem:

Sorting only works for Visible Rows on Selected repositories table in bulk import.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Bulk import plugin
2. Navigate to Bulk import from side bar
3. Click on 'Add'
4. Change sort order

Actual results:

Only the visible rows are sorted

Expected results:

Disable Sorting on clicks if sorting is not being done with network call.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): Always.
