We need to add the eap-cd add-on to the list of default add-ons in CDK.

In addition, the add-on shipped with CDK 3.5 will be out of date (EAP-CD 12 instead of CD 13), so we need to note that the add-on can be updated with the upstream eap-cd add-on.
