As devsuite is no longer exists, so we need to recommend CDK VirtualBox compatibility matrix. As per the latest 3.4 release doc [1] there is no particular recommended version instead a range of versions, however all the minishift testing for CDK 3.5 has been done on Virtualbox Version 5.2.12. So should we suggest a range of version including the tested VB version. For example

Red Hat Container Development Kit 3.5 has been tested with VirtualBox 5.1.14 and higher (recommended Virtualbox 5.2.12), but is known to not work correctly with VirtualBox 5.1.11 or older. Ensure that you have VirtualBox 5.1.12 (recommended Virtualbox 5.2.12) or higher if you intend to use VirtualBox as your virtualization provider.
