2) Check if the link in this section points to the correct section in the devsuite guide. (IMO, it should point to https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_development_suite/2.3/html-single/installation_guide/#tools-installed-by-devsuite and not to the entire devsuite install guide).
