This meeting is separate from the normal bi-weekly Global Lead (GL) meeting. This is a dedicated meeting with a focus on the work that has been completed up to this point. You should also focus on reviewing which of the CJs, mini CJs, surveys, and any other feedback that you have to help identify the scope and priority of the work. The goal is that you have an overall idea on time line and how you will accomplish all tasks. Think about current risks, resources available, blockers, and what questions you have.
