This meeting is separate from the normal bi-weekly Global Lead (GL) meeting. This is a dedicated meeting with a focus on Job Spreadsheet but that is not the only focus. You should also focus on reviewing current progress, identifying risks, scope of work, and blockers. The more you communicate and collaborate, the better!
