Document new cdk features in devstudio: download and setup-cdk

    Description

      There are a few features in devstudio related to cdk:
      JBIDE-25753 Add links for downloading minishift and cdk in New Server Adapter wizard
      JBIDE-25822 Support setup-cdk in Eclipse

      We should make sure that these are documented. I believe we have a getting started document where the steps to get started with cdk in devstudio are described. We should include these new features. It should be possible now to get started without even touching the command line.
