Goal:

• To run Content Quality Assessment for the Pipelines project based on this CQA sheet. The main intent is to enhance the quality of the existing doc by identifying style and language related gaps. 
• To gain Pipelines stakeholders' perspective to identify the chapters on which we have to run CQA.
