Goal:

• To create a Content Journey map for the Pipelines project. The main intent is to build an understanding around Pipelines user personas, their key goals, and pain points for doc enhancements. 
• To gain Pipelines stakeholders' perspective to refine the documentation to make it more useful for different user personas.
