The new features section under release notes(https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openshift_pipelines/1.18/html/release_notes/op-release-notes#new-features-1-18_op-release-notes) has examples to configure and modify the tektonconfig, which should go under https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openshift_pipelines/1.18/html/installing_and_configuring/customizing-configurations-in-the-tektonconfig-cr to retain the tektonconfig features to be used even in 1.19 as well. Currently, these examples are not retained throughout the release(1.19 and 1.20...). This results in backtracking the features released version and looking at the feature section in the release notes.
