Description: 

It is an requirement from the client to include an guide/steps  to setup a catalog of tekton tasks.

It would be good to have an official guide on how to achieve that scenario, or other scenarios where the tasks/catalog reside in other places as client would like to have a tekton hub presenting all of our internal tasks that have been published.
