We need to fix the repeating CI/CD titles on the left hand Nav:

On the same lines, Release Notes on builds for OpenShift is repeated at least 3 times. 

Note that the left hand nav was implemented for the latter and not yet for Pipelines and GitOps. So we may need to check if there is a possibility for the same issue to arise for those two as well. Probably serverless.

In general we will need to vet all our docs for such repeated titles. If required those can be tracked through another Jira.
