This epic is to track the Outer Loop team contributions toward the ContentX CY24 goal 1.1 as referenced in the parent issue CONTENTX-62. 

NOTE: Any issue added to this epic should be given the label ContentX_CY24 to enable the ContentX team to track implementation and 20% time allocation to ContentX work in 2024. An exception is if we are using an issue to record work that was completed prior to the launch of the ContentX initiatives in early June. The ContentX_CY24 label should only be used to track work for the remainder of 2024.
