We need to ensure there is consistent formatting through the docs

All instance of the following should be in backticks: 

• `BuildStrategy`
• `ClusterBuildStrategy`
•  `buildah`

Search the doc set and update any instances that are not formatted correctly . 

Raise the PR against the `build-docs-main` branch. Cherry-pick branches are `builds-docs-1.1` and `builds-docs-1.0`.
