Replace instances of GitOps Operator with the Red Hat OpenShift GitOps Operator in the documentation

      This ticket is created to track the effort required for replacing all instances of the term "GitOps Operator" with Red Hat OpenShift GitOps Operator in the GitOps documentation. The analysis document which includes all instances of the term in the GitOps operator found in the documentation is listed [here|https://docs.google.com/document/d/1p7l31TT4fqsf_CXO5L1z-uSYkiKbzjG8bpoAYM4eUDM/edit.] These instances are only occurrences of the term "GitOps Operator" and not "Red Hat OpenShift GitOps Operator".
