Reported by dmarrazz@redhat.com who is new to the product and tried creating triggers. He did finally work it out, placing his condensed documentation at https://github.com/dmarrazzo/fraud-detection-app/blob/main/docs/pipelines.md

Existing documentation for the process is at https://docs.openshift.com/pipelines/1.14/create/creating-applications-with-cicd-pipelines.html#adding-triggers_creating-applications-with-cicd-pipelines . It is a part of a cmplete running example, but it was found to have the following problems:

• Not easy to find when one is specially looking for triggers, being ion the middle of a mammoth assembly
• Lacks a concise explanation of the overall Trigger flow (Donato's doc has it under "Here's how it works in action"
• Missing a reference to the CEL
• No information about how to debug
