There should be a document that disambiguates the overloaded term "Project".

A Project in OpenShift is akin to a Kubernetes Namespace. A Project in ArgoCD is something different, but I do not believe it is explained here.  https://docs.openshift.com/gitops

This confusion is not helped by the fact that the OpenShift GitOps (argocd) interface is a completely decoupled experience from the OpenShift console.
