document docker image deployment in OS tooling

Expand on the basic tooling docs for CDK and talk about how we now support docker image deployment to OS. Essentially, this: http://tools.jboss.org/documentation/whatsnew/jbosstools/4.4.0.Final.html#openshift

I'm not sure if this should be me or sbharadw@redhat.com but Supriya, please have a look and see if you've already incorporated this information in the OS docs or not and then we can discuss this for a post GA task.
