macOS - we should drop 10.11 and add 10.13 High Sierra
ubuntu - keep 16.04 LTS and probably drop 17.04 and add 17.10 instead - needs confirmation
fedora - probably keep 25 and 26 and move to 27 next time around

Also, Java 9 has been released. For that, we'll want a similar thing as with java 6 or 7, e.g.

To state support for JDK 9, eg., “Java Development Kit 9 is not supported for running JBoss Developer Studio; it is supported for application development and deployment only.”
