We need to document the fact that Fuse Tooling has moved out of the Integration Stack and into Devstudio proper, as an optional install via Central.

That install path (via Central) is the same as before so user experience should be similar.

However, the main page of Red Hat Central now includes a quickstart for Fuse/Camel ootb so people can use it to discover & install the Fuse Tooling more easily.

AND, the devsuite installer now includes the option to install Fuse Tooling & a Fuse runtime at the same time devstudio is being installed.

So... we should:

• add this info to the Getting Started and Install guides for devstudio/devsuite, and
• make sure all old mentions of Fuse in the Integration Stack docs (if any) for 11.0 point users to the devstudio/devsuite docs
