in the chapter Uninstalling OpenShift Operator, the guide refers to the tile and descriptor page as OpenShift Pipelines Operator. However, in the OCP UI, the tile and descriptor page are actually Red Hat OpenShift Pipelines. 

Therefore, we need to change the {pipeline-shortname} Operator to {pipeline-title} Operator tile and descriptor page.
