As a user, I can use Argo CD to deploy my application and automatically create the namespace if it does not exist. I want GitOps operator to automatically label the namespace with "argocd.argoproj.io/managed-by" so that my GitOps operator can deploy application on the namespace.
Acceptance Criteria
- When a namespace is auto created by Argo CD, the label "argocd.argoproj.io/managed-by" is applied on the namespace to point to the operator.
