FIPS is supported with Vector GA

    Description

      Starting in OpenShift Logging 5.5, Vector and Lokistack are GA supported. Along with this includes, we now support Vector on FIPS-enabled clusters - it was only considered unsupported while Vector was in Technology Preview.

      The Loki documentation currently still states FIPS is unsupported with Vector; this should be updated or removed.
