Blog about docs workflow through Eclipse Che on eclipse-che/blog

Inspired by a suggestion for community blog content from ibuziuk@redhat.com. The docs team should create a write up around how to use Che to contribute to upstream docs.

This would serve two purposes:

1. Provide information to community members around how they can contribute using the product;
2. Provide information to current and future Dev Spaces members around using Che to contribute to the docs.
