fluentd-* need replaced with collector-* in logging docs

###Describe the issue

With RHOL 5.3 was changed the name of the fluentd pods from fluentd-* to collector-*. Then,

 - Not mention in the Release notes
 - Across all the documentation are listed and speaking about fluentd and commands are for fluentd pods and not the collectors.
