In Pantheon output, this id should result in:

• an anchor in the html-single output:

• a page in the multi-html output: 

  https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_dev_spaces/3.3/html/administration_guide/installing-devspaces

In the current situation, this id is replaced by Antora Assembler, leading to unpredictable URLs.

Put the correct ids back.
