Note to the assignee: please update the description of this task after investigating it.
Tasks:
1. See Max's comment below because step 3 in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_dev_spaces/3.3/html-single/administration_guide/index#administration-guide-deploying-che-with-support-for-git-repositories-with-self-signed-certificates- has to be improved too.
2. See https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-operator/pull/1535 and https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/21751. This appears to require removal of the section https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_dev_spaces/3.2/html-single/administration_guide/index#importing-untrusted-tls-certificates but first check with Anatolii that we can indeed remove it. The following is the SME's (completed task) description, which needs to be translated into a docs update:
Currently to work with git repositories with self-signed certificates it requires adding certificate twice following two docs [1] [2] [1] https://www.eclipse.org/che/docs/stable/administration-guide/importing-untrusted-tls-certificates/ [2] https://www.eclipse.org/che/docs/stable/administration-guide/deploying-che-with-support-for-git-repositories-with-self-signed-certificates/ Describe the solution you'd like It should be enough to follow only one doc to add certificate to work with git repositories with self-signed certificates [1] [_https://www.eclipse.org/che/docs/stable/administration-guide/deploying-che-with-support-for-git-repositories-with-self-signed-certificates/_] What does this PR do? Reduce steps which requires adding a certificate to work with git repositories with self-signed certificates. It enough to follow only Deploying Che with support for Git repositories with self-signed certificates
