Current installation instructions for tkn-pac located at https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.11/cicd/pipelines/using-pipelines-as-code.html are using non-productized artifacts:

• brew install
• go install from midstream repo
• use of non-productized image as CLI: quay.io/openshift-pipeline/pipelines-as-code

Installation should only use productized artifacts:

• RPMs,
• productized images,
• signed binaries downloaded from https://mirror.openshift.com
• binaries hosted by OCP Pipelines Operator.

The https://source.redhat.com/groups/public/commonreleaseterms/onprem/technology_preview clearly states that without productization, a component can't be called a Technology Preview. The page https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.11/cicd/pipelines/using-pipelines-as-code.html states it is a Tech Preview.
