ClusterLogging "cr-lokistack" is invalid

The documentation here [1] at point 4 reports creating a ClusterLogging instance with the field `.metadata.name` named `cr-lokistack` which is something not allowed by the Operator:

"The ClusterLogging "cr-lokistack" is invalid:

• metadata.name: Unsupported value: "cr-lokistack": supported values: "instance"
  Its name should be `instance` instead of `cr-lokistack`.
