Per discussion w/ rhn-support-rick and others, it seems we might want to NOT explicitly call out ROSA in the admin guide's Supported platforms and release notes' Supported deployment environments.
Instead we should emphasize that OCP is OCP whether it's on ROSA (AWS), ARO (Azure), IBM Cloud, Google, or even OpenShift Local.
We might want to also use the same label on those tables... why a platform vs. a deployment environment? Isn't that the same thing?
