      Official documentation doesn't provide a way to access API for Jenkins running on OpenShift Instance.
      It should something like https://github.com/openshift/jenkins-openshift-login-plugin#non-browser-access
      We can put it in under separate section under Jenkins section here https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.11/cicd/jenkins/images-other-jenkins.html#images-other-jenkins-cross-project_images-other-jenkins
